March For Babies April 22, 2012
I will update with more information as I know it. Thanks.
March for Babies. April 19, 2009 Nashville, TN
Just wanted to update. We participated in our 2nd March for Babies on April 19. Altough it was raining, it was still a good turn out. We had 10 people walk with us, and we were excited to have them with us. It was a nice walk because it stopped raining when the walk started. We raised a total of $2045. So next year we are hoping to beat that total and to have many more people join us in the walk. When I find out details I will post them and email those that I know what information. I will post pictures at some point but I haven't had a chance to look through them yet. Thank you every one that donated and those that came out and walked with us.
March for Babies. October 11, 2008 Paris, TN
Some family and I are going to partipcate in the March for Babies Walk on October 11, 2008 in Paris, TN. We are going to do it in Addison's Memory. If you would like to join us or give a donation I will post the website at the bottom. We have our goal set at $700 and really hope that we can get more than that. It is a really great cause and maybe it will help other families not have to go through the horror that we have had to endure. There is no entry fee, it is all based on donations. So please any little bit helps. Just know that you are doing a good thing to help other babies and families. Some of you may have already donated to her armband but this is something totally different. All the money does go toward the same thing but even a few dollars toward our walk would help greatly. I want to go ahead and thank all of you who do donate. It means alot to both me and Jamie and our family. Addison has opened our eyes to so much and touched our hearts in ways that were never imagined. It is a great honor to be her mommy and daddy. And now as proud parents of an angel, we look for other ways to help parents and children so that their families don't have to go through what we did.
Donations to March of Dimes in Addison's Name
If you are interested, which would be why you click on this link, you can donate in Addison's name to help other people. If you go to www.marchofdimes.com and go the Newborn & Pregnancy link. Down close to the bottom is a link called Banding Together (it looks like a hospital band). If you click on that and do a search for her name, it will let you donate as little or as much as you would like. It is for a good cause and you would be keeping her memory alive.
